This report is submitted by Pak German Gem Lab (PGGL) and accepted by the client on the following terms and conditions:
- The gemstone or an object described in this report has been examined in the laboratory of Pak German Gem Lab (PGGL). This report contains a description of the article(s) based upon the application of generally accepted examining and grading techniques at the time of examination.
- The parties recognize that opinions may reasonably vary as to the characteristics covered in this report, hence neither PGGL nor any member of its staff shall at any time be held responsible for any discrepancy which may result from the application of other examination method. PGGL makes no warranty or representation regarding this report.
- Where on this report is based not only on the object or Gemstone, but also on data or documentation supplied there with this report shall so state by making reference there ton and, where appropriate, attaching copies here to. Any accompanying reports, certificates or hallmarks are accepted as factual and are treated as such, with the understanding that we do not guarantee or warranty their accuracy. Weights and measurements are approximate as grading and instruments allow.
- In making this report we do not agree to purchase or replace this article.
- The physical appearance of gemstone or an object may differ from its photographic image in the report.
- The conclusion on the country of origin, authenticity and treatment of gemstones is an opinion based on the direct comparison of the findings with those obtained from the analysis of reference materials and published literature.
- The client agrees not to hold Pak German Gem Lab (PGGL) liable for the loss or damage of the gemstone resulting from risks that may occur during the transportation and delivery process, including robbery and theft; during the examination process, including color and clarity alteration, or other alteration of Gem material, including removal of fissure fillings in the gem material; and while the gemstone is in the possession of Pak German Gem Lab(PGGL), negligence and natural acts of God.
- This report shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Only the law courts of Lahore (Pakistan) are competent in case of dispute.
- This laboratory report, the name and trade mark of Pak German Gem Lab (PGGL) may not be reproduced in whole or in part of purpose of advertising, publicity or promotion without express of prior written authorization from Pak German Gem Lab (PGGL).
- Pak German Gem Lab (PGGL) will not be held responsible for any gemstone or an object, if not collected by the client with in TEN DAYS of submission to Pak German Gem Lab (PGGL) for Consultation or Certification.
